Psychoeducation
Psychoeducation refers to a form of therapeutic intervention that focuses on providing individuals and their families with information and education about mental health, mental disorders, and strategies for managing and coping with psychological challenges. The primary goal of psychoeducation is to empower individuals by increasing their understanding of mental health issues, treatment options, and strategies for improving overall well-being.
Counselling
Counseling is a form of psychological support and therapeutic intervention provided by trained professionals known as counselors. The goal of counseling is to help individuals explore and understand their feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships in a safe and confidential environment. Counselors work with clients to address various challenges, enhance personal development, and promote well-being.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy, often referred to simply as therapy, is a collaborative and structured form of treatment that involves a therapeutic relationship between a trained mental health professional (psychotherapist) and an individual or group. The goal of psychotherapy is to help individuals understand and manage their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships in order to improve overall well-being and achieve personal growth.
Treatment and Referral
Intervantions for any Psychopathology shall be largely counselling and psychoeducation however where ever required clients will be refered to Psychiatric Evaluevation and Treatment.
